Unfortunately there was miscommunication between me and my attendant. She was friendly however completely ignored my concerns and instructions. I asked her not to grind my nails when removing my acrylics and she assured me this would not happen, unfortunately this happened and my nails are very sore with any contact or on contact with warm/hot water from being too thin from the grinding, only realised this when the process was complete as you can’t really see the extent of the acrylics layer. I suspect there was a language barrier unfortunately however the use of grinders rather than traditional buffing (in the name of saving time) during manicures and pedicures is not safe and really should not happen.

Very pleased to have found this salon that use superior products as I have a sensitive scalp and skin. Joico hair dyes are perfect and I get the vivid colour I like minus any reactions. The Joico Intentsive Treatments are amazing and worth the extra cost, I book in for one of these now and again.
The coffee's always good as was the conversation with Tony on this occasion: he's very knowledgeable around hair care and has many years of experience.
