I don’t particularly provide reviews unless the service was exceptionally good, but I feel like I need to provide an honest review of my experience here as I feel the overall current reviews were a bit misleading. While the staff were really nice, I was left really disappointed with my nails and the whole experience. It was evident that my nail technician wasn’t very experienced, even being confused about which polish was the base coat (because nothing seemed to be labeled correctly). I was cut up quite a few times by the drill (which was used an excessive amount of times and managed to damage my healthy nails in just one sitting). The technician kept saying my nails were too sensitive, however I’ve been getting my nails done for nearly 15 years and have been complimented on my healthy nails and cuticles on a number of occasions. I was left with streaky polish on my nails, and polish on my skin which seems to be stuck on like superglue.

Mari is a fantastic therapist and is obvious that she really knows her stuff! She was very professional & the deep tissue massage was like beautiful torture. A couple of days later, I'm feeling so relaxed.
Am definitely going to book again!
The greeting I got by the 'receptionist' when I first walked in could have been a bit warmer though.
