Previously left a poor review because of poor service. Was offered the chance to go back again, on a complementary basis, with a different therapist this time, Mari. Made the world of difference. Like night and day. Great experience with the deep tissue massage. Hit all the right spots, calf’s, hamstrings, lower back, scapula, back of the shoulders. Felt great. Will definitely go back again. Just be sure to choose the right therapist. Great job!

Arrived at my appointment and it was delayed about 10 minutes, however this didn’t bother me as they offered me a drink and there was magazines to read. Negar was amazing, checking multiple times that I still liked the length and the shape. I was a little disappointed at the colour range, there was only about one and a half rows of normal polish and the rest were shellac which I didn’t want however the normal polish colours they had were nice.
I would recommend this place to anyone.

Therapist was very knowledgable and friendly. Good treatment, also recommended products and provided samples. The salon toilet could do with more attention as it lets down the rest of the spa area downstairs.

Disappointing. Booked at short notice using the Treatwell app. Booked a deep tissue massage. As an amateur sportsman who takes a massage when I can, safe to say this was more of regular, calming massage. Definitely not deep tissue. Nice lady but not trained or experienced in deep tissue massage. Also the appointment finished inside 40mins when I booked for an hour. Furthermore, I had to wait 25mins before my appointment started. Had booked 12.20, was not seen till 12.45.
