I went in there thinking it was a hot wax rather than strip wax but the lady was really patient with me while I panicked. She tried to make it a less painful experience for me which I appreciated. Overall I would rate it 4/5 as staff is create but maybe having therapeutic music or something can create a more calming atmosphere?
