Really bad attitude. I was taken 20 minutes later than my booking time. The tools were not sterilised from the client who was there just before me. Then, I discovered that the treatment I booked was a dry pedicure. This was not anywhere in the description and everywhere I have been so far they do soak your feet even with the simplest of pedicures. In any case, the pedicurist was quite rude and kept on asking me where do I usually have my pedicure done. That was not how I wanted to spend my Sunday afternoon! All I wanted was a simple pedicure and no drama! After a lot of asking from her, I eventually mentioned where I usually have my pedicure done and she asked me for how much and if it’s a soak off. Then she told me that she should go and have her pedicure there, then! Well she could, but what has this to do with me? Why so much pestering? I am shocked. Do they even realise how they speak to clients? Why should I have received such a treatment? I am super-disappointed and this is not acceptable. Zero professionalism.
