I got my hair done and she was god just really slow, I've had many trims to my hair over the years and it's not usually that slow. Also I got my nails done with shellac with another lady and she cut my cuticles which are quite sensitive but even though I said ouch and asked her not to do it so much for me because it was painful she carried on and just said "oh ive done other customers who were a lot more sensitive than yours". Honestly I just want my nails done without being in pain

Mari was really friendly and accommodating - she asked me if everything was ok throughout the treatment and didn’t rush me when choosing a colour (we all know this can be a nightmare!) Would highly recommend

Initially was a bit apprehensive as when you walk in there is a barber section, but the therapist took me to a separate area and did the facial. I was very impressed as noticed a marked difference with the skin being much more even and looked much brighter. Therapist was very friendly.
