Worst manager I’ve ever had to experience. The manager was blaming me for the store closing later and told me to come back the next day to finish the job despite having charged me the full amount already! She should know that the moment a customer is charged fully, the service has to be completed! She also tried to lock me in to ‘explain’ the situation further, where she refused to open the door for me. I could’ve called the police!! I cannot believe what I just experienced here! Very very bad management!
I would’ve given 0 stars if I could but the 1 star is for the lady who did my nails - Oriana. She was lovely and patient and reassured me that she was fine with staying a bit later.
Avoid at all costs.
I will be looking further into who the owners are and speaking to them about the current manager’s behaviour.
