I have been to this salon before and I had a very good experience, my manicure was always lovely and very precise, Arianna really took time to do a great job last time. Unfortunately this time my experience wasn’t as good. As usual I didn’t have to wait to be seated, and I was assigned Oriana, lovely girl who made me feel comfortable from the first moment. After she started removing my shellac, I was informed that she had been now asked to serve another lady and left me halfway, not her fault as I could tell it wasn’t her choice to. I noticed she then was assigned by the lady at the reception (I don’t know her role) to this lady who came after me, without an appointment and that was clearly going to spend more than I was with her multiple treatments. I was assigned to another lady whose name I didn’t quite catch, who was nice, but immediately gave me the impression she was rushing the job, as it actually happened as now my manicure is imprecise, bumpy and my nails aren’t filed properly on the sides. I don’t doubts she’s a good beautician, but she was clearly in a rush to finish and I didn’t appreciate that as I didn’t appreciate being treated differently to another customer only because she was going to spend more, that is very poor customer service.

I went from long wavy hair to shoulder length - a big deal. Very happy I did it here! Love my haircut. Great value for money too :)
