Absolutely awful manager. I’ve been here many times and was reprimanded today for previously leaving a 4 star review rather than 5! I was even asked not to come back again if I wasn’t going to give 5 star reviews. I had already paid and made the trip, plus Sofia is great so I went ahead with my treatment but it’s important to note that if you give an honest review (4 stars?!), then they either write negative comments about you on treatwell or are extremely rude (which is embarrassing) in person.
