As always the consultants were professional & the right amount of friendly. Both myself & daughter were treated as valued customers. They are also observing the current guidelines in regards to COVID so keeping clients & staff safe. I have trusted this establishment to carry out thorough manicures, pedicures as well as nail extensions for myself & brought family & friends for other treatments & they were happy with the service they were provided with.

The girl that did my nails was nice and even though she wasn't able to do exactly what I requested I end up accepting an alternative that I believe was the best she could do with what available. Although, I'm very disappointed with the durability of the work, as after only 2 days I already have 3 nails chipping (without even had washed dishes or so, in the meanwhile)! For this reason, I don't think I'll be back there, as it's not worth it to pay £35 for a shellac that lasts only two days!

This salon never disappoints and my manicure today was probably the best I had in London to date, Paris was so meticulous and the result is stunning. Very much recommended.
