Disappointing experience. Overall the appointment felt completely rushed and disorganised. The consultant seemed surprised to see me and once I was taken for my threading treatment which I booked as a Thread and Shape session the consultant hardly spoke to me. So I described that if left my eyebrows in order to have the reshaped to suit me and would be open to suggestions of a professional. All I was told is I need to keep coming back which I agree with but it was hardly a consultation. This was by far the poorest experience I’ve had in terms of care. The consultant threaded my brows but didn’t perform any touch ups with tweezers or trim the tops with scissors as I was used to in Australia.
I chose this salon for the proximity to work and home. But I do not think the convenience is worth it after my experience. I’m so disappointed as my brows look uneven and unkept in parts.

I loved the venue and it had a very peaceful atmosphere. My only issue was that things felt a little rushed and behind as there weren’t enough staff to serve everyone. Staff were lovely though and the treatment was very good. I would definitely go again but not if I’m on my lunch break.
