The room was freezing cold, so I had to ask for a heater to be put in, which earned me an annoyed look to start with. The cloth on the massage table was full of make up from previous clients, not adding to my comfort. The massage itself was anything but professional and after twenty minutes the lady said it's done. She then left the room, only to come back inside, as she was told by the boos 30 minutes weren't over. So she said I get another 10 mins.

Good overall .. customer service could be better. I arrived on time for my appointment ..they were running behind and could have easily told me they’d be another 10 minutes or so. Instead I had to ask how long I’d be waiting. A simple ‘I’ll be with you shortly’ can go along way. The removal of shellac good so would recommend.
