I booked an appointment through Treatwell and the therapist arrived 40 minutes late. It didn't seem to be the therapist's fault but Treatwell allowing to book a slot that was not "available", however, there was no real apology offered by the management team. The other therapist called the management team to ask about the whereabouts of the therapist who was late, but I would have appreciated an apology from the management team.
The salon was very clean, exactly like the pictures. The two staff were friendly. The pedicure was very basic and felt rushed at the end as the lady took a phone call and ended the service very abruptly. The full set acrylic, was very good, she was patient and took her time. The shaping could’ve been a bit better. Again, at the end, it was rushed as she had another client to attend to. Overall it was alright.
I've been here quite a few times now, generally I really like it (or I wouldn't be going back) however they do take a lot of bookings and there aren't quite enough therapists. It's rare that you have the same person for your entire treatment and that can feel a bit rushed or marginalised. Everyone I've seen has been lovely and competent.
