A nice manicure as always, although one nail did chip fairly but I think this was my fault. My only issue was the salon was very cold!!

-Despite obviously having an appointment it appeared no one was expecting me so a girl had to be called from somewhere else and it took her 10mins to arrive. -During the actual wax she spent part of the time talking on her hands-free - The hot wax was scalding temperature, the hottest I’ve ever experienced it in over 10yrs! Despite me saying 3 times that it was too much and physically being distressed she literally changed and did nothing - Terrible attitude, didn’t apologize. Appalling.
