Overall quality of the massage was good (although I personally prefer Thai massage done traditionally on the floor rather than a massage table) but customer service could be vastly improved. Firstly, walking in and being asked to pay up-front is not very classy - it kind of suggests lack of trust in the customer. Secondly they wash your feet (I guess for hygiene reasons?) before the treatment which is fine but nobody really explained to me what was going on - I was just asked to put my feet in water while the therapist scrubbed away with rubber gloves on! Made me feel like I could be contagious or something! Finally, while the quality of the treatment was okay I thought the therapist could have maybe asked first about the pressure level - due to medical reasons I really can't take being stood on and I would have said something if I knew she was going to do this. I also just felt like she didn't care that much about giving me the treatment - I don't want to get personal about it but I just didn't feel like I was valued as a customer. I wouldn't come here again for a massage I'm afraid.
