I arrived at 4.55pm for my 5pm appointment. I was told I was too early! Priory to my massage there was no health check. No questions asked about my needs. I volunteered them anyway. My feet were washed with the therapist wearing rubber gloves! I have not had that experience ever before. The massage itself was extremely painful and didn't feel that it did me any good. However it is fair to say that I did ask for a tough massage. Whilst having the massage someone walked into the room on two occasions and spoke to my therapist. My therapist ignored the person doing the talking and continued with the treatment. Much appreciated. The interruptions were disturbing. The atmosphere felt fraught. It felt like everyone I encountered were simply going through the motions, getting the job done, but without really engaging with me,the client, or expressing any interest in what was being done. Overall very disappointing. I certainly will not be booking a massage here again or recommending it to anyone.
