I agree with one of the recent posts on here. I’ve been coming here for about a year for shellac manis and pedis and it used to be 5 star unbeatable (worth the trek from south london). But went back this time and for the same price got half the treatment - no real cuticle cutting, no foot soak or filing - and it still took even longer than usual. Hadn’t realised the treatments are now billed as 45 mins rather than 1 hr (presumably why you get less) - but it still took over an hour for each for less treatment. Will be looking for a new regular salon :(
