I am very very dissapointed. The manicure suposed to take 40 minutes and was just 20. After 24 hours the color went out in two nails.

I go here regularly, and my nails always look great afterwards. I have given 4 this time instead of 5 because there were some new people and my session took a long time. I went in my lunch break but was there for an hour and a half. I would suggest going after work if you are having your nail varnish removed as well!

I went to the saloon for a Hollywood waxing treatment. The shop has changed owner, name and staff. I didn’t know that as the change hasn’t been notified to Treatwell. The people of the staff were nice and welcoming, the shop nice and clean. Unfortunately the waxing service I received was awful. The beautician didn’t wear hygienic gloves - would have mattered less if I didn’t go for an intimate waxing, and she was not experienced with intimate waxing. Indeed, the result is not what I paid for. I won’t go there again, at least not for a Hollywood waxing treatment.
