When we arrived to the salon there was a mix up with the booking times. My friend was able to get her treatment done right away. I had to wait an hour to have mine done. The manicure and pedicure were decent but nothing special. Staff frequently swapped customers at various points of the treatment so it was not very consistent. I was also surprised by the lack of professionalism by the other employees who frequently were interrupting our treatments and conversations as well as being quite loud during what is supposed to be a relaxing treatment.

Completely new staff in now as the company sold it to new owners. It has lost the personal and warm service it had previously- but would still go back as the manicure was good.
