I had booked a dry pedicure and have never had one before so didn't know exactly what to expect. I was shown to a seat and asked to soak my feet then a little later told they had started a spa pedicure by mistake and that I would have to pay £40 rather than £25. When I said that it was more time and money that I wanted to spend they reduced the price by £5. It was a great treatment although rather than making it my responsibility as a customer to know the difference they could have been more careful about reading the booking details in the first place and indeed more apologetic - I ended up feeling pressured by their mistake.

I booked deep tissue massage at as I got a severe neck&shoulder pain -- I even struggled to walk. Went to Ying Thai for the first time, my therapist Norya was super. She could instantly feel where my nasty knots were and only took her a while to tackle everything. She knew exactly how much pressure she's applying -- she massaged right into the very deep-tissue and I didn't feel any pain. I've been to many therapists and Ying Thai is one of the best I've ever been to, will definitely come back!
