Since the venue has been taken over by new management the prices have increased and the quality has decreased. They had no red varnish left at all, so had to settle for something completely different - as a nail salon, red is clearly your most popular colour, so you should always have back up in stock! The manicure took ages and was poorly done, there were gaps on the sides and at the top making my fresh mani look a week old already, and my pedicure (dry because they now charge extra for soaking) was a terrible shape despite asking the lady to keep the same shape I had before. The staff are friendly, but that is not enough. Used to be my favourite little salon in London, but sadly will not be returning!

I always have a good manicure at Ying Thai, although I do think £20 is a bit steep for a dry manicure. It takes longer than a spa manicure!
