I am afraid this is my first negative review so far but I feel I need to share. I didn't appreciate that the salon owner charged me £5 extra at the end of my treatment (after having already paid £38 through Treatwell) as she claimed I didn't book/pay for 'removal'. I explained there was no option on the salon's Treatwell page, therefore I booked their most expensive option of shellac manicure called "spa manicure" thinking that would be it... She just blamed Treatwell and made me pay. A great way to ruin anyone's experience as if I knew the whole thing would be £43, I would have never booked it. Unfortunately, I won't go back.
