Friendly people at the front, they couldn't find my booking initially, but it was only a slight delay. Massage itself was good. She was able to find the knots and tight spots and help loosen them. Only annoyance was halfway through I could hear another customer and therapist talking quite loudly in the corridor, although once they went inside, it was just muffled sounds which weren't distractimg. Would go again.

It was quite a disappointing experience. The therapist was doing my facial while covering the reception role - so was in and out of room multiple times during the session and left me alone in the room. The room and equipment was not ready prior to the session so was a lot of walk around get things ready during the session. She also had to take two phone calls while delivering the facials - overall it was a bit of chaotic session.
