I got home and tried to comb through my lashes as I usually would and they are stuck together!!!! I’m not happy at all. She was a lovely lady but these are not done properly!

Appointment was 40 mins late, felt like no one actually knew I had an appointment. I asked for a curly blow dry, however the technique that was used resulted in poker straight hair. l, then an hour and a half later had only half my head dry. I ended up leaving the salon with my hair still straight and had to redo my hair when I got back home. I paid £35 for a service that was not fulfilled and i will be contacting the salon for a refund.

My nail technician was nice and personable and the salon was well kept but unfortunately my shellac chipped the next day and within a week was chipped on every nail
