The deep tissue massage was very painful and I had to tell Irena multiple times during the treatment to go lighter. She also laughed at me when I said to go lighter. I’ve had other deep tissue massages with others and they’ve been good.

I’ve had my nails done here a few times before and it was great, but after this experience I am questioning whether I go back. I felt pressured into a style and colour that I didn’t want, the process was painful and I came away unhappy with the results.
