I work from home and very seated I was very loaded with lumbar and cervical. I never thought that in 30 minutes it would take away all the pain and unlock me. a 10 out of 10 for the place and for Veronica.

The massage was excellent and really has helped the areas of tension in my body to be relieved. The infrared sauna was great and the team there are all really welcoming and friendly.
