The wax I had here was great, very professional and speedy. The swedish massage was more like a deep tissue massage, and not as relaxing as I had hoped. I asked if it could be lighter but it didn't quite translate. Still, very attentive staff, kept to the appointment time, clean and calm environment.

Horrendous. I've never experienced such unprofessional behaviour as well as THE most painful wax treatment. I don't wish to get anyone in trouble but I was in tears during the treatment, the beautician made TWO phone calls whilst I'm on the table, naked from the waist down which I imagine distracted her and resulted in the wax left on too long. It was INCREDIBLY painful. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Sorry to say I would never return here nor recommend to anyone.

I always go to Ying Thai for massages and was very excited to see a nail bar as an addition! Lovely lady did mine and my sister's nails. Was a little slow but not a problem as we were not in a rush and the end result was very good. Nail technicians are all very friendly and nice. I love that they are detail oriented. Would recommend and book again!

I had a deep tissue massage. It was the first time I had visited this salon, and was impressed by the ambience and value for money. The therapist concentrated on my back where I'd been having problems. Only given 4 stars, as the therapist had not shut the door properly so another client walked in on my massage!
