It was my first treatment and I was a little anxious on arrival.
Katie soon put me at ease. She was friendly but was not overwhelming. She made me feel calm and reassured me about the process of Colonic irrigation.
The room was spotless and didn't feel too clinical.
Throughout the treatment Katie explained what was happening and I actually found I could relax which I wasn't expecting.
Afterwards she explained what to expect and gave me additional information on nutrition and aftercare.
