An enjoyable experience, once we pass the old paperwork, Katie made me feel at ease, very professional, knowledgeable, gave feedback from visuals, and feel from the abdominal during the treatment, after treatment more feedback and if any questions I had about the treatment. I suffer from bloating and can gets quite bad, afterwards the bloating was easily down 80% from before treatment. Definitely look forward to booking again in a few weeks for a follow up. Thank you Katie for looking after me

Haven't been for a colonic in years and my husband found Katie and highly recommended her. It was very reassuring to have a qualified nutritionist who clearly knows her subject well be the person who was offering the treatment- i picked up some great suggestions through our chat that i am implementing. I'm going back tomorrow and have decided to have a set of 3 as for me this is recommended due to my family history and current state of gut health- my husband was advised he didnt need to do so.

Welcome to Sussex Colonic, offering colon hydrotherapy and nutrition programmes to support optimal gut health. Colon hydrotherapy involves deep hydration of the colon with sterile warm water. This has amazing detoxification benefits.

All treatments begin with a detailed consultation in order to gain a full picture of your health, diet and lifestyle.

Katie is a RICTAT accredited colon hydrotherapist and BANT registered nutritionist with years of experience in supporting clients with their health and wellness journey.

The clinic is located in a peaceful part of Hove on New Church Road inside the long established medi spa The Shadi Dani Center.

Ample on street parking is available.
