We stood at the front desk for ages before we were even acknowledged & then a stylist shouted across the salon to take a seat.I didn’t feel very reassured when I noticed there were only x2 stylists & x4 clients & my concerns were valid as my daughter(who was booked in for a wash, trim & blowdry)had to wait 40 MINUTES before the stylist eventually came & said sorry & was able to start the appointment.The stylists work itself was lovely she did a great job but the communication was not good.
