Struggled to do a basic cut and didn't even bother to cut my layers despite me asking them tone trimmed.I barely saw any hair cut from my head,She also struggled with a simple volume and blow drive of hair ,shaking and twisting sections of my hair in her fingers.I thought the whole experience was poor.She had also overrun with a prior booking by 20mins and didn't get a sense of giving a professional service.It means I will have to go for a new haircut in the next 2 weeks elsewhere.
