Normally I really like this hairdressers, the location is great and the staff are usually really welcoming and kind.
Sarah was 5 minutes late, which did not matter in the grand scheme of things but there was no simple acknowledgement of being late. Then she was really rude about my hair, telling me that I don't want it... "puffing out anymore do you". I was taken aback by the rudeness of this particular hairdresser. No effort to talk. Was the most unpleasant experience I've had here.

I couldn't actually attend the appointment I booked in store. Firstly it was booked for the wrong day, id requested Saturday 12th but was booked for Sunday 13th. Tried and failed to rearrange via phone (no answer) reply to email, reply to text, and per voice assistant on the phone suggested Facebook messenger. The store itself is clean I have been before. But I'm put off now due to lack of support on something that was their error. The guy who booked clearly didn't listen to my original request!
