This time round I had a lot more attention to detail with colouring and didn't go home to find lots of missed areas. Colour was a little darker than I had wanted but as the job itself was so well done its ok

The cut was for my 13 year old who was taken by my husband. She wanted a straight cut of 2 inches off the length. Not exactly a tricky cut. When she got home her hair was completely lopsided. One side had been cut and it looked as though the other side hadn't been touched at all. Completely uneven right across the back. The worst hair cut I have ever seen!
Husband and daughter returned to Supercuts where it was rectified by another stylist, but no real apology, no offer of any kind of refund.
