Luciara was lovely and keen to do a good job but there was clearly a language barrier which meant that making what I wanted/didn't want quite challenging. There were several misunderstandings and the whole experience was quite difficult.

Morgan was great, made my daughter feel very comfortable & discussed what she wanted. She is so happy with her new highlighted hair which is exactly what she wanted & can't wait to come back. She loved the massage chair when having her hair washed.

Iram gave me an excellent layered cut and blow dry as usual. . She pays a lot of attention to detail and doesn’t let you out of the chair until you are completely satisfied with her work. A lovely lady.
