Had a wonderful experience at supercut in ilford. I was a bit unsure to visit this salon as it was my first time try with them. But I can surly say the risk was worthy as I love my new cut.

Had to wait around 20 -25 minutes after my booked appointment time as the stylist was still highlighting another customers hair. My mask and jumper got wet while I had my hair washed. Though she did offer to dry it with a hair dryer. The cut was okay but not the best.

I think I had a stylist called Zara , I had had my roots done previously by Leanne and they were lovely however the second time I went back my roots highlights were blocky and too far down my head. The highlights were spaced out different with some gaps being larger than others. I’ve had other hairdressers tell me that my hair was blocky and did not blend in
