I had a wash cut and blow dry from Chan and she was the nicest most reassuring hair stylist who’s ever done my hair! She made sure I was happy with each step of the process and actually showed me how much she’s going to cut off and made sure I was 100% happy with it, which most hairstylist don’t ever do! Very bubbly and friendly too which is always nice. Will definitely be coming back to Chan again for my haircuts from now on.

The hairstylist was kind and conversational, however, the haircut came with a few mistakes.
1. Side fades not accurate, i.e. shorter hair higher up sides compared to lower end of sides at some points.
2. Partition clips were not used, resulting in some overlap of hair on each side of partition.
3. Cover to keep hair falling on clothes was not fastened properly, no neck guard was used, resulting in hair seeping through neck opening and onto clothes.
If the issues are resolved, happy to go back.

Great salon and great service. It was a cut wash and moisture treatment.
I thought the hair mask would be left in the hair longer, but it was for 2 min.
The issue I have with curly hair is stylists seem flustered with it.
It was cut fine, but the after care left my hair frizzy and not looking like Iwas walking out of a salon.
Stylist tried her best.
Again no issues really with this too I came home and fixed it. Maybe my expectations were too much.
