Despite not selecting a stylist at booking, Farida was my stylist on this occasion. I had her before many months ago and was surprised she remembered. She really knows how to deliver great service and care and always advises on how to look after my hair. Next time, I will definitely pick her if available. However, I was very disappointed with the service received by Denise for child cut. Poor time management, poor service skills, couldn’t even cancel my rescheduled appointment.

My hair has been cut bent, the hairdresser tugged and pulled my hair. He failed to wash my hair sufficiently. I get my hair done here all the time however, this hairdresser was appalling.
