I was not even taken in. The prices are always different than what’s shown on the website. They don’t accept discount codes, even though I’ve received it from Supercuts and not from a third party website. However, about the haircut it was okayish last time but it not done by Trasha some other black lady I don’t remember her name! I won’t be going back again. I was not taken in because I chose the wrong time slot? It wasn’t my fault it’s the website error. WHATEVER🙄

I had a lovely time with Farida who spent a lot of time and energy to repair my hair colour. She did a really great job of colouring, styling and treating my hair, I will definitely be going again in the future!!

A friendly, pleasant environment.
Frederico, my stylist, was very thorough and skilled. He really took his time although my appointment was running into his break.
Only point I would make is that without a receptionist, the onus is on the stylists to answer the phone and deal with passing custom. This can put them behind.
Overall very pleased with my haircut.
