most awful haircut I’ve ever had. Stylists didnt want to cut mine and my daughter’s hair (booked and payed for). kept arguing between themselves and dragging me into it, making me feel uncomfortable. Diana saying sorry can’t cut your hair because I’ve already had x amount of clients today and I’m tired. Farida saying I’ve just started a colour dye customer, I’m not free and running away. Very unprofessional. Also charged me extra for long hair, I’d payed for this in advance but made me pay more

The stylist was excellent, however I had to wait 40 minutes before my hair was cut. This would not have been an issue if the manager had let me know that the stylist was running late. He should have spoken to me rather than let me sit there for 40 minutes workout any update. The stist was excellent though

my experience here was amazing, really loved it. the stylist zara was so friendly and you could tell she is really an amazing stylist. i told her exactly what i wanted and she delivered!!! i loved my hair and was so happy, would definitely recommend this place and come here again :)
