The staff were lovely and the only reason im not giving it below 3 stars. I had a balayage, hair wash, hair cut and blow dry booked. What i got seems to be highlights so not what i expected (even after showing a photo of what i wanted). After 2h of sitting my hair was being washed but didn't get the hair wash experience i expexted, not even a 1 min head massage which you would usually get in most hair salons. Wouldn't recommend. The staff that i interacted with were friendly and welcoming.

Always come here and I always receive quick service, I always come to get a trim, I have very frizzy and dry hair so the staff I always go to always knows how to go in accordance to that.
