Nice, chatty and relatable. However, I feel my haircut was pretty rushed (20 minutes it took). I think it's always nice to give ladies a nice look at the end of their haircut to feel like it was worth the price and help them feel generally good about their hair. I noticed Zara did a great job adding a nice touch to my sister's hair + I felt like I didn't get the same treatment from Sonia. I asked to smooth my hair after and she did, so some credit given! A little kind effort goes a long way x

Najoua was a colour geneous! I was very specific with how i wanted my balayage and particularly the tone and shades i wanted to achieve. Najoua went out her way to achieve the perfect colour blend. It was better than i had imagined
She transformed by hair from a dull and flat dark brown to the most lushious shades of caramel.thank you :)
