I was charged £24.99 for just 2-3 millimetres of my split ends being cut ( the stylist cut them
In less than 1 min ) I should have not been charged for something like this after I paid £130 for keratin. I also noticed a customer was sent away with complete wet hair after a haircut and was told that drying her hair is extra charges. The manager of the salon stopped the stylist while she was drying the customers hair. I Do not recommend this salon.
