Had a terrible experience here, after waiting 25 minutes I had a dry cut and the hairdresser did not even slightly wet the hair with a spray bottle. The cut came out very choppy and blunt and did not look like the reference photo with too many layers than what I wanted (I asked for disconnected longer layers). When I explained to the hairdresser they were hostile and said there was nothing they could do. Very dissapointed to have paid full price. Will not be returning/recommending to friends!
