Visited for half-leg and underarm waxing. Staff were unfriendly and made no effort to build rapport, creating an awkward atmosphere. The therapist was unapproachable and focused more on selling laser treatments than the service itself. The treatment room wasn’t clean—hair from previous sessions was visible on the floor. Overall, the experience lacked basic customer service and hygiene standards. Disappointed and will not be returning! Would not recommend!

My hair stylist was Samin. Not only is she a talented stylist but she treated me with such care and kindness. I had just flown in from Los Angeles and chose Sunkiss via the Treatwell website because it was near my hotel. I was attending a 1940's theme gala at the Royal Airforce Museum. Samin was able to style my hair exactly as per the photo I brought and she also did my makeup which was a last minute request and not pre-booked. She took all the stress out of my day!

Was okayish because it was root touch up and then when I saw my sides were still showing grey so they had to colour again I did mentioned them I need more colour on my sides but anyway they did good job.
