Both the receptionist and therapist were not friendly at all. The moment we walked in they didn't welcome us with a smile. Instead the receptionist had such unhappy expression. Ive been to many beauty salon and this experience was by far the worst for me. We weren't offered any beverages. While my session was on, I found the wax waaay too hot, I told her that and she said its fine, it's not going to burn you. Eventually she turned it low after I mentioned it again.Not returning again.
