Wax itself was good and painless but not what was asked for. Therapist removed all hair which shouldn’t have happened with a bikini wax booking. I will go back as the wax itself was good but will make sure we communicate throughly before so what is asked for is what is received. 1 year of growing completely gone ☹️☹️
