This is my second time getting laser treatment at this salon. First time it was fine although therapist seemed a little unsure of what she was doing. This time she burnt my head in the process. I called the salon yesterday to try and get some advice but was just told to put something cold on it. Today the burns are worse and im scared i am going to be left with scars.

The salon had a new hairstylist.I was nervous at first but she explained and asked me how I would like my hair done. I was offered tea coffee and a drink that was ever so polite compared to the salon I usually go to.I am glad I booked on Treatwell and came to sugilite. My hair was done perfectly well. And I felt like I was on the 7th cloud all thanks to this new hair stylist.. Marta . I have booked for my mother and sister to get their hair done by Marta and will be telling my friends and family to get their hair done at sugilite. This will be my new salon from now on great staff and best hair stylist ever :)
