I was welcomed very kindly when I entered offered tea and coffee which I did not refuse. The lady who was treating my hair was called Marta lovely lady explained everything to me made me very comfortable unlike most places I go to. I looked great when all done and very happy with the out come. I'm glad I came.

I didn't like it at! The salon was not clean and also they didn't do my treatment on time I was waiting and they didn't even tell me I have to wait or even apologies! However that's why I wasn't happy and I cancelled one of my treatment and so did my mum because we both were not happy at all!!! I had my henna done and I didn't like it! Lines are not very good and messy but I didn't wanted to tell her because I know is not nice! With all my respect I have to say I am very sorry I will never ever come back and I won't recommend it to my family or friends

Staff are warm and welcoming. Sugilite has a real "part of the community" feel which is so rare to find. Endless drinks offers and jokes all round. Pedicure was nice and relaxing and each steps was talked through. Manicure was neatly done and had a nice selection of shlleac colours.
