I do like the colour of my hair and at first I thought it was done very well. When looking closer I noticed that I’ve got spots of bleach near my roots for some reason. The colour was left on too long because another gentleman pressured her to fit him in as well as his friend next to me, she told me I had 2 more minutes left and she didn’t wash the foils off for 20 minutes. They were lovely people but I think more attention needs to be paid to the customer they’re serving at that time.

I was disappointed that the booking service was not up to date so that my initial appointment had to be changed, however the salon were efficient in rectifying the issue. The treatment was very good and has really helped with some issues.

The salon is clean and bright. The experience was great especially compared to other salons. Ruby was really lovely and passionate about her work. She made me feel very comfortable and provided a towel to cover up, which is very important to make the customer feel comfortable. She made it as painless as possible and I was impressed with her knowledge and technique.
Some minor things to make the experience even better would be to call the customer in by name rather than asking if I have come in for X treatment. Other customers do not need to know I have come in for my waxing. Also it would be nicer if I didn't have to wait for long in the room by myself once undressed, as it's not the most comfortable thing to do. Lastly, I think it would be better to keep the prices consistent rather than increase them for weekends and evenings, considering that the place isn't booked out at these times anyway.

very clean salon all are so friendly i like da receptionist while i was waiting she offer me tea and we had a good chat about other promotional treatments too Overall very good experience.
