I arrived for my appointment and had to wait half an hour without being told anything. Actual service was good and was happy with my hair. Didnt bother getting my eyebrows done as i didnt know how long i would need to wait :/ so i just left
These are the wrong treatments, they are not what was booked,but the facial I had started 35/40 mins after the booked time, despite the long wait, it was a brilliant experience.Did not manage to have the other treatment due to starting late by the salon.They are usually very good, not sure what happened!
I do like the colour of my hair and at first I thought it was done very well. When looking closer I noticed that I’ve got spots of bleach near my roots for some reason. The colour was left on too long because another gentleman pressured her to fit him in as well as his friend next to me, she told me I had 2 more minutes left and she didn’t wash the foils off for 20 minutes. They were lovely people but I think more attention needs to be paid to the customer they’re serving at that time.
I was disappointed that the booking service was not up to date so that my initial appointment had to be changed, however the salon were efficient in rectifying the issue. The treatment was very good and has really helped with some issues.
